OGNiki = Loved by Youtube?

Those of you who have been on youtube lately, would probably have been witness to the release of a freestyle rap called 'Spit your Game' by a teenage Londoner known by the name of 'OGNiki'. (video below)

In the rap, the youth mentions how she 'lost her viginnity at 16' ..and other things you might not particularly want to know...

I have to be honest with you, i didn't even laugh when i first saw it- i was genuinely shocked.
IS THIS WHAT LONDON SOCIETY HAS COME TO??!!
The video has recieved comments such as:

" YO! THIS CHICK’S GOT AIDS! SHES PASSED IT ON TO 12 OF MY FRIENDS ALREADY!!! THEY ALL BANGED IT BARE BACK IN A YARD!! SHES A PROPER SLAG!!!!!!" (www.grimedaily.com/)

AND

"Oh larrrddd. This is how brave chicks are getting.? They now think its all good to spray bars about being a Hooooeee! Nicki Minaj has got you lot toooo gassed. And as for the weave…..Looooool! As much as she is hated, some people look up to her, and refer to her as a 'real girl'. If you have the guts, you could view the video yourself below, and tell us what you think about OGNiki :)

I want it now!!

Things...we are surrounded by them. We try not to be materialistic but then we see the new Marc Jacobs skirt or Chanel handbag and we don't care what it takes, we want it. But as soon as the glamour of that new possession in your own hands, all glossy and new smelling, wears off..you're left with just another thing. Something you own that you skim past each day once you realise you can't match it to the clothes in your wardrobe or it looks daft on an actual person but not on the model.

And yet we still want these things! Top of my want list as of now is a CUPCAKE TRAMPOLINE not any trampoline in the shape of a cupcake, but one used in Katy Perry's recent tour with money from it's sale being donated to the red cross to help aid in Japan after the recent, tragic earthquake and tsunami!

ROYAL WEDDING MANIA

We have now commenced into the month of the Royal Wedding, and that less important holiday Easter, and boy has Britain gone mad!

If you live in London then you can't walk more than five miles before seeing market stalls and tourist shops with the smiling faces of Will and Kate. You can buy cushions, blankets, flags, mugs, cups, plates even boxers that shout out the love that our future king and queen share for each other.

The story of an ordinary upper-middle class English sweetheart falling for a prince is wonderful, but that tackiness that goes along with it is ridiculous! I may have bought my own little flag to wave on the day but true artists have much more original ideas and i think that the royal wedding has actually given them a platform to show their creativity and get noticed by all folk in town.
